Quick Restarting of Machines

The base of the EROWA ITS Toolingsystem is built by the chucks on the machines. Workpieces or electrodes are set on the system carriers (pallets, electrodeholders, centering plates…) and off you go!

The preset workpieces or electrodes are positioned and aligned on the machine within seconds. Unproductive setup time is converted into precious manufacturing time.

The entire ITS Toolingsystem is ready for autmation. A wide selection of EROWA  Robots supports any requests for loading various machines. Call us, we’re glad to assist!

Compatible from Setup to EDMing

While the machine is operating, the next job is setup. All these prepared workpieces or electrodes are now instantly ready for manufacturing

The workpieces or electrodes remain mounted on the systemcarrier throughout the production cycle (turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Wire-EDM).

The systemcarriers are clamped into the chucks at the flick of a switch. The EROWA ITS chucks operate with an ingeniously precise and simple technique, positionning the holders with the unique precision of 0.002mm

Increasing Productive Time
